76 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay wins Award “Project of the Year”

AM ALPHA’s Dublin landmark has been named “Project of the Year – Under £20 Million” at the CSA Awards 2025 – recognising outstanding technical performance, sustainability and user comfort.

Together with 6RG, Quinn Downes and a specialist project team, AM ALPHA has transformed the eight-storey Grade A office building on Dublin’s South Docklands into one of the city’s most efficient and future-ready workplaces. Guided by BSRIA’s BG29 standard, the recommissioning programme created an environment where energy efficiency, comfort and wellbeing come together seamlessly.

“This award is an independent confirmation of what we strive for in all our assets,” says Christian Brode, Director Asset Management at AM ALPHA. “76 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay now combines technical excellence with an exceptional user experience – a workplace designed for stability, sustainability and modern collaboration.”

Located on Dublin’s South Docklands, the property now stands as a benchmark for sustainable office performance. With its flexible, light-filled floorplates and panoramic city views, it sets a new standard for Dublin’s next generation of office spaces – designed to adapt to evolving work models and to inspire productivity, collaboration and wellbeing in equal measure.
